REFUND POLICY
Class Bookings

Single Classes: Payments for single class bookings are non-refundable. However, if a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the class, a reschedule or class credit may be offered, subject to availability.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable, and no class credit will be issued.
Class Packages

Unused Packages: Refunds for unused packages may be granted if requested within 7 days of purchase and no sessions have been redeemed. A processing fee may apply.

Partially Used Packages: Refunds for partially used packages are not available. However, remaining sessions may be transferred to another person with prior approval from Trainer Today.

Expired Packages: Expired packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Clients are responsible for using their sessions within the specified time frame of the package.
Medical and Exceptional Circumstances

Medical Conditions: If a client is unable to attend classes due to a medical condition, a medical note must be provided within 30 days of the issue. Trainer Today will offer either an extension of the package or a partial credit towards future classes.

Exceptional Situations: Under specific circumstances (e.g., relocation or family emergency), Trainer Today may consider a partial refund or credit transfer at its discretion.
Memberships or Subscription Services

Memberships or ongoing subscription services (if applicable) must be canceled in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for billing cycles that have already started.
Weather and Instructor Cancellations

If Trainer Today cancels a class due to weather or instructor unavailability, clients will be offered a credit or the opportunity to reschedule the class at no additional cost.
